BondAuction Europe B.V. is pleased to announce it has been licenced by The Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM) for the provision of investment services in the Netherlands. This follows the approval by the FCA for BondAuction Primary UK Ltd.
BondAuction has completed onboarding with some clients and is preparing for the first executions to be hosted on the platform.
BondAuction will continue to deliver innovation and collaboration into the Primary Debt Capital Markets space and to improve the process for Issuers, Underwriters, and Investors alike.
